Shipping policy

All items should be dispatched within 3-12 days unless stated differently on the individual items description. Orders regularly get processed and shipped at weekends as standard.

Royal Mail 2nd class shipping, 3-5 days, is the default for all large letter items (washi tapes, notepads, badges, enamel pins). Royal Mail 1st class shipping, 1-2 days, is the default for all standard letter items (greeting cards, prints, bookmarks, stickers)

International orders are shipped with International Standard (6-8 business days)

RETURNED TO SENDER

If your item is returned to Skaro Crafts due to incorrect address, postcode or any other contact information that is required, it is the customers responsibility to pay additional postage fees for their order to be resent. The customer may request a refund for their order minus shipping costs if the order does not contain custom/personalised items and they wish to no longer proceed with their purchase. If an item is returned to Skaro Crafts, the customer will be contacted directly to arrange appropriate solution. 

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect prior to your order being fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing skarocrafts@outlook.com with your order number.

 

Skaro Crafts are not liable for any tax/custom/import fees that may apply once the parcel has reached the requested destination. Recipients are liable for all tax, customs and import fees that may apply.
