Refund policy
All items are made to order and returns are not accepted unless stated otherwise on a case-by-case basis. We retain the right to refuse return under any circumstances, such as if the item does not meet the expectations of the buyer. All return requests will be assessed with the details of the specific case and its needs. In cases where a return has been agree by Skaro Crafts, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return postage costs and provide proof of postage. If eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographs and a detailed description must be sent to skarocrafts@outlook.com within 7 days for a faulty item case to be assessed for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items, sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the 48 hour period from which the transaction was made has passed. A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled within this time frame.
